Treasure Painting JR Bissell a Pirate's Rendition of Picasso Painting

Treasure Paintings by JR Bissell: A Pirate's Rendition of Picasso's "A Skull, a Book, and a Kerosene Lamp" or "Crane, livre et lampe a petrol" 1946. I recreated and personalized this Picasso painting but it's incredibly difficult to find any real information on the original work. The only piece of interesting information I could find on the orignal (not sure if this is accurate information) "... none of Picasso's other works from this period are anywhere near as accomplished as this painting. It is a well known fact, that at one time, it was a common practice in teaching painting, for the master to repaint areas of the student's work. In the case of this painting, I cannot help but wonder how much of it might have actually been painted by Picasso's father." The painting actually became more of a treasure to me when I heard of this possibility. A Father/ Son Picasso piece and couldn't pick a better subject matter for the piece too! Of course, this work fits perfectly into the overall Pirate Themed Art I've been creating over the years. Naturally, I had to do a Pirate's Rendition of the piece! I altered one eye to have an eye patch, and I replaced one page of the book with an escudos for some treasure. The dimensions are also far different that the original. If anyone has more information on the original Picasso piece let me know, as its very hard to find any info on it.
