Aidan left her native Morocco thirty years ago to study Art, Design, and Interior Architecture in Paris, France, but her African heritage is still central to her perspective. She has since created provocative and engaging spaces for living, performance, film, and cultural learning in Europe, North America, The UAE, and North Africa. The strength of the words, the breath of the verbs, the shock of the image transcend Aidan's experience to transform itself into an underground soul of her artistic expression. Far from any abstraction, her art is engaged, even militant in the service of noble causes.
