My name is Anastasia Antia. My creative path began at an early age in my hometown, surrounded by stunning architecture and nature. Developing artistic skills obtained in numerous art schools, driven by a passion for art, I continued to do it as a hobby and after receiving a professional education in the field of bridge and tunnel construction. Traveling around Europe, getting an idea of different cultures and artistic traditions, I realized my creative potential in my works. For the past few years, I have been living in the suburbs of Lisbon on the ocean. My family's life changed dramatically with the move to Portugal. In addition to the incredible warmth in my soul from everything around us here, this country has had a grandiose influence on my creative path, style and worldview. In the last year, a clear shift in the direction of Portuguese culture is visible in my works, as I feel and see it. My paintings have a personal recognizable style, the effect of layering and texture. My work can be found in galleries in Lisbon and I also exhibit regularly in person. I also have a studio in Cascais where I not only paint but also make frames for them.
