About The Artwork
Two Palms is part of my East/West Series started in 2021. Having lived in Asia many years, this work depicts the bright, impressionistic colors of modern Singapore and Southeast Asia. A morning in the tropics and I looked up and saw this sky and these two palms. All of my work is designed to have a viewer feel as if they are immersed in the scene. The materials are a state of the art archival paper and oil paint. The combined technique creates a pastel/water color effect. The work includes a 2.5 in. matte frame, and it is all ultimately framed under museum quality acrylic and white alder modern frame. This piece, like all in the series, will brighten any wall or space.

I am an artist living in Los Angeles and Montrose, Colorado. I have lived and traveled the world, but now live in Los Angeles and Colorado. It's important to listen to what's inside yourself.
