ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work symbolises the nature of a true union. If the union is true, it is not separable - it can only be broken. Beads were woven on a bead loom using nymo thread and then mounted on a wooden board. It consists of ~46.8k beads in 5 colors. The piece in it's full entirety from artwork to mounting board was made by me.

Since I always had the fascination with visual arts, I knew there is nothing stopping me now. I just felt this natural attraction to seedbeads - how rich their colours can be, how nice is the texture of woven pieces, and of course - the pixelated look. The activity itself of concepting, coming up with the ideas is very exhilarating for me. The loom beading process is very meditative and calming. So I found this artform to be just perfectly balanced for me.
