This painting started at my local screen printing studio and originally intended to be a photo repeat in an Andy Warhol from a photo which I captured of a punk from a band called Forrest Flowers.

The original photo is part of a project I have been documenting for some time based on Punk culture in London. However when the canvas returned to my studio for some abstract additions it grew and grew into what you can see now.

I've drawn inspiration from many different painter on this piece including Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, Basquit and Oscar Murillo.

A mixed multi-media artist working in film, photography and painting. Based in Brighton, UK. My photography work has been published internationally in many magazines including RAIN Magazine, Notion and Dazed. I primarily document sub cultures through photography/Film. Inspired by Andy Warhol I use the images I've collected to create artworks using silk screen techniques using acrylic and canvas. Sometimes more than often I then add to these using forms of abstract painting techniques inspired by Pollock, Basquit, Paul Mc Carthy and Oscar Murillo My career has evolved from modelling for high end fashion brands to photography/film and now painting. In my paintings you will find many different mediums including acrylics, high quality oil, charcoal, graphite all which are used on High quality cotton duck canvas.
