Showed at the The Other Art Fair
Artist featured in a collection
My work is a void lacking a common narrative, aiming to recreate reality and convey something. It is a collection of incidents encountered by chance through my irrational and non-volitional emotions in an empty landscape. It is an act of recording the things that fill my day, such as fleeting emotions, news on my smartphone, and the daily lives of acquaintances shared on Facebook. While my entire organs are in a state of suspension, everyday life passes by like the wind, filled with colors, words, and gestures. My work is an expression of the intensity of emotions rather than that of objects. It is a nonlinear open screen that is sensitive to absence rather than fullness, uncertainty rather than certainty, unfamiliarity rather than familiarity, and the invisible rather than the visible.
