What i have been trying to accomplish in my paintings the entire time is the freedom to not limit myself within the creativity field. Me freeing my senses of thoughts, ideas & creativities create a whole new body of work from the inside of my self inner consciousness. These moment in time and space I spent during my work process purely reflects my time spending with myself in a human conscious way. These body movement of mine while painting on canvas purely captures & reflect the moment of self-relationship with instant time & space of the unpredicted I call impromptu. This is IMPROMPTU. IMPROPMTU is the self capturing moment of time & space vs my decision thinking of executing that instant brush movement that needs to be straight & precise. In part of that is a reflection of myself being that of my movement or is it that movement is of me or is it during the process of color mixing on my palette; it is all me. It is satisfied upon. Freedom of creativity within my work process does not include emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger & love, it have no effect on my paintings. Instead self concentration & conscious of the mind is what I highly anticipate on in order to bring out the beauty of that suspended time & space uncertainty of the final outcome of the paintings. Regardless of what the outcome will result, beauty is key. Or in other words, I seek for that straight forwardness purity of what that moment in space and time have to offer on to my abstracted paintings.

When I was a flight attendant I travelled around the world. One of the reasons I wanted to fly was so I could see and experience things that made me feel fulfilled in my heart. I knew I wanted to create my own art the moment I walked into art museum for the first time. I’m not sure when I actually decided I wanted to be an artist, but what I do remember is not being able to stop thinking about art and wanting to become a part of the art world. I strove to become more knowledgeable each day. I always work by following my feelings at the time, and also it depends on what I’m thinking about, such as a winter scene perhaps. I use my senses to create my work. I often let the art evolve throughout my painting process, using my fast brush strokes and just letting it happen. I try to always live in the moment throughout my life, and never forget to appreciate life's beauty and my reason for being here.
