Between '76 and '78, with Sanna, Di Stasio and Marrone, he organized exhibitions with other painters in a self-managed space called "La Stanza", in the center of Rome. Since January 1978 he has been in Bologna where he teaches in the painting and pictorial decoration section of the State Institute of Art. Since his arrival in Bologna he has produced series of “Messaggi d'Artista” (made with paper, acrylics and photocopies in 30/50 copies) sent to artists, friends and professionals on the occasion of exhibitions, installations and personal events. Between 1990 and 1992 in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Borzì created a series of exhibitions in the exhibition spaces of the Municipality of San Giorgio di Piano: Danesi-Bitelli-Silberstein ... In collaboration with the Art Institute of Bologna, others two exhibitions: the first on graphics, entitled "Incursione tre le linee" and the second on painting, with works by students and former students. With Danesi, Scarati and Zhang Da he creates an installation exhibition in a private garden in Bologna “Arte En Plein Air”. In 1995 with "Pittura del Cuore", in the Stables Space of the Bentivoglio Castle (Bologna, Italy), he exhibited, in a double exhibition, the works collected in 30 years of paintings: works by friends, fellow students, students, as well as the last series of paintings entitled "Paesaggio Italiano". Between 2005 and 2006 he created the exhibition “Via Castiglione 36 (Quando C'era l'Istituto d'Arte)” in San Giorgio di Piano: an overview of artists who attended art school in the painting section. 2012 marks the year of return from the province to the beloved Bologna, with the exhibition set up by Tatler "Da Grande Voglio Fare La Scuola D'Arte".
