ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work is inspired by the perpetual brainwashing of society by media , social media and other power structures throughout the world that keep mankind in a state of fear , shock and confusion. I work with steel that I source from recycled oil drums used in Haiti. The steel allows me to create 3d dimensional paintings that communicate with you in a raw, unflitered manner. The piece extends out beyond the frame into our reality because what it depicts is all around us , impacting what we do , how we look , what we eat , and what we believe in.
