About The Artwork
One of a kind, this painting is inspired by each person's ambition to possess power, money, women, etc. If we are spiritually awakened in time, we can enter the tunnels of soul purification and go on into the infinite universe. If, however, we remain true to the only ambition towards material goods, then we can only see the dark, burnt to ashes hands behind the platinum devil. The all-seeing eye will either engulf you or purify you. As an artist, I don't come up with my paintings in advance; my hand moves on its own across the canvas and I create my works with lots of love. I use acrylic paints, embossing materials, a fine finish with a matte varnish applied by brush, not spray. The images of the temptresses are modified females, as I have always drawn them this way ever since I was little. I love the subtlest of details. I use a high-quality frame and canvas made from a super elastic, Italian cotton mix from Constance (Germany).
