Okay, this one is rather romantic. I know. But what can I do? How can I help myself stop getting so impressed by the beautiful nature? The winter is freezing, the wind is cold, the sky is blinding you as there are no clouds on such a cold day. Only the trees seem to still have some life frozen inside them; the rare birds (we call them snow-birds, the ones with the red spot on the chest) fly from here to there to get these winter red berries. Feels like winter's got its way, making those red berries get chilled as ice. Please enjoy these winter moments with me. Have this nice painting hanging on your walls and see the winter berries even if it's sizzling out there. I make everything by hand in my studio in St Petersburg, the cultural capital of Russia. I am an artist from St Petersburg who loves putting emotions into art. Seeing through things that surround me gives me a flash every time I see something I want to put down on a canvas. I am a strongly expressive and impressive introvert so my paintings are just like the way I see the world - they are bright and kind, even when they were driven by something sad or melancholy. I also love traveling (well, like most of us!) so some of my artworks are deeply inspired by new places and people I see. What inspires me most as for creating art is most often the classical and neo-classical music alongside with movies. Well, I do watch lots of movies and TV-shows beacuse they sometimes can give so much color to the grey world around me; it seems to rain every day and all day long here in St Petersburg, so I love adding some extra color to the walls around me and I love how other people appreciate the colors on my paintings. I am so glad to see you all here in my tiny art shop. Hope you love what your eyes see!
