As a change from my Scottish landscapes painted in lockdown, I chose this image of a woman who looks like she's lost, stranded or abandoned somewhere in America, saying in her mind "WTF???" I invited FB friends to provide her backstory and like the one who suggested that she woke up in her car after a trip to Vegas with a wedding ring on her finger and no idea who she's married or where he is. This may be the start of a series of WTF paintings as that's how I feel these days when you don't know what's coming next. On a happy note, this one sold within 24 hours of going public, but I thought I'd show it here anyway to create context for any others in this series.
