ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I begun this artwork with free movements of my brush, leaving a hole in the middle. In this random form of the hole I discovered and draw tha sleeping person. I painted on transparent paper because it moves randomly while painting, so that I can interact with the material and loose control of the final result. With this painting I wanted to reflect about the idea, that while we are sleeping, we are in a deep connection with nature, with the part of our lives we cannot control.
