ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting was inspired by hills and mountains. I used brushes and sponges to create texture. The rich colors, like yellows and rusts, adds warmth and compliments the blues and greens. A heavy brush strokes painting is a great addition to any decor. I imagine walking in nature to find a peaceful and quiet place in my mind. A high gloss glaze was applied as a finishing coat to enhance all colors.

Hello, my name is Sylvie Del Duca. I was born and raised in Montréal, Canada. Art definitely runs in my family. My mother, aunt and grandfather were all artists.
