Libby Moore
Australia
Award winning artist Libby Moore worked as a graphic designer in Sydney before following her passion to become a painter in her home studio in North West Sydney. Having seen her father become a successful artist whilst holding down a stressful job, she was determined to make her passion for art a full time focus. As her still life artworks evolve Libby responds to her own developing interests in form, pattern and colour and their relationships and interactions with each other on canvas and in 2022 Libby realised a lifelong dream to attend art school. She is currently in her third year studying a Bachelor of Fine Art, majoring in printmaking, at the National Art School in Darlinghurst, Sydney, Australia. Libby was the artist in residence at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and at the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse in Sydney at the end of 2023.
