ABOUT THE ARTWORK

“So, I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we’ll never know most of them. But even if we don’t have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them". ____Steven Chbosky Misconception of identity is a problem faced today in our society. Our identity dictates to a significant degree how one views oneself both as a person and in relation to other people, ideas and nature. We live in a world full of different people with different behavior, lifestyle, culture, and values. A mistaken belief(misconception) of people's identity leads to many societal issues such as hate, racism, murder and rape. This societal issue arouses curiosity as to know why, and, how our society can be a better place to live. Nobody will help us, nobody will defend us, no body will love us, only ourselves can do this. Only me and you can make a change
