Vilijus Vaisvila was born in 1955, in Siauliai, Lithuania. After graduating from Siauliai Art School, he studied at Vilniaus Art Academy. Vilijus has had exibitions in Switzerland, London,Bromello,Chicago,Houston and he also participated in 2004 Artville exibition in Copenhagen. In the year 2000, Vaisvila created his largest masterpiece; a 142meter wide by 2meter high fresco in ferry boat called Sjaland,wich is docked in Copenhagen. Later, in 2002 he was invited to Marbella, Spain to creat several special wall frescoes. Vaisvila's work "˜'Invisible Man Trip'' piece was voted the showcase winner in NewYork, . Vilijus Vaisvila artworks were also exibited at 2009 Art Basel Miami Satellite artist works require deep thinking and are extremely metaphoric in nature. A combination of fantasy and realism allows the viewer to see the world in several dimensions, now called "hyperspace". Paintings of the artist take us to an unknown and mysterious environment.
