Self taught artist working in watercolor for many years but recently switched mediums and now mainly paint with egg tempera. I have always been fascinated by egg tempera and the quality with in the image the medium gives when handled properly. One of my earliest inspirations was Christina's World by Andrew Wyeth. That painting is the reason I picked up a paint brush. Though I am still learning everyday, I have studied the works of the great egg tempera artists.
