deep water Painting

Before anything new, before a change, we stand there and look. We often imagine the most awful monsters out there in the water and that usually makes us delay, hesitate and sometimes even avoid. But then after a deep breath, we take the step forward and jump. Jump to something that is usually different and far less scary than our imaginations. Jump into the deep water, and this water is usually cool but pleasant, sparkling, refreshing. It seems impossible to avoid the accelerated breath, the slight fear in the stomach, the thoughts, but if we remember the last time, then we can take all the air out of our lungs for a long exhale and feel the wind stroke our face.
