In another time and another space People walk down the street, looking back and to the side. It captures the scenery passing by in a short period of time. I glance at the people on the subway in New York. Their appearance is interesting. Express them on a canvas and place them in a used discarded box. These cardboard boxes are symbols that metaphorically express the times we are currently living in. I look back on studying abroad in New York when I was young and surviving as a stranger in an unfamiliar place. I would like to introduce the digital age we currently live in and the Atom from the analog age of the 1960s, brought back from my past, and place them in different time periods and spaces that do not fit together. Atom, a memory from my childhood, is a stranger from a different era with an appearance that does not fit that society. So, I place the atom that represents me here and there in the scenes of my daily life. Do I fit in here?
