This work has been inspired by the amount of the images and videos we constantly see on the news about the climate change. Somehow, even though, the images show a negative reality, I am also in a way fascinated by them. The power of beauty in disasters. This image is post produced from a picture I took this summer on a specially hot day. I post produced the colours to show more effectively the sensation, the feeling of stone heat, and also the beauty of the landscape, of the elements, air, water and land. The picture was taken from a boat looking towards Formentera island, in Spain. Mediterranean Sea. Limited editions of 150x100cm are printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Photo Rag paper 308 g/m2, and are delivered with author certificate. Each artwork is provided with an extra 2cm white border on all four sides to facilitate framing. Prints in smaller sizes are available directly through Saatchi in open editions. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries. I gladly accept special commissions and requests if you are still unable to find what you are looking for.
