ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Acid Rain is part of my Ecophyte series--a nature series based on a montage of original imagery illustrating the effects of the warming of the earth. This particular image depicts a papyrus plant surrounded by subtropical heat and atmospheric miasma created by global warming. It was created by juxtaposing an abstract acrylic painting with a photograph. Framed with all acid free materials and printed with pigment inks for longevity.
