How can you resist the stunning staircase at the Queen's House in Greenwich, London. This amazing spiral staircase just has to be photographed! The pattern reminds me of the ammonite shells you find on the beach. Hence the name 'Ammonite Stairs'. Limited edition print signed and numbered by the artist. Printed on Giclee fine art 308gsm museum grade paper, using archival pigmented inks. Printed with a white border. Includes the certificate of authenticity.

Tony’s work reflects his interest in nature and architecture. He is fascinated by the shapes, lines and patterns found in flowers, trees and buildings. He takes inspiration from both modern architecture and the natural world, transforming his photographs into beautiful, abstract artworks. He has a particularly good eye for finding patterns in the world around him. In his pictures of the natural world, he uses textured layers and candy colours to create surreal scenes. His architectural studies sometimes have an other-worldly feel, with the images becoming extraordinary abstract creations or stunning symmetrical designs. He has lived in London all his life and uses the ever-changing cityscape as a source for his work. He is also an accomplished portrait photographer, who takes fine-art, high-quality studio portraits. He is a member of the Royal Photographic Society achieving a Licentiateship (LRPS) in 2016. He is also a member of the Society of Wedding Photographers (SWPP) obtaining a Gold award for his work. Tony is an active member of the not-for-profit group London Independent Photographers.
