Chicago! Photograph - Limited Edition of 250

This image showcases a stunning panoramic view of Chicago's iconic skyline, captured in the clarity and detail that only a large format, 860-megapixel photograph can provide. The precision of such a high-resolution image allows for each building to be seen in crisp detail, from the Willis Tower standing tall amongst its peers to the various architectural marvels that Chicago is renowned for, all illuminated in a dazzling array of city lights. The photograph is taken during the transition from dusk to evening, with the last hints of twilight blue sky creating a serene backdrop to the illuminated cityscape. The calm waters of Lake Michigan in the foreground provide a near-perfect reflection, mirroring the skyline's lights and colors in a symmetrical dance of urban beauty. My photography is very unique. I only shoot large format using a computerized robotic mount that takes the image in a series of tiles that are later joined together to create a super high resolution panorama. The resulting image can be printed at extremely large sizes whilst still maintaining ultimate clarity and detail. This method also allows the image to be distortion free as only the best part of the captured image are used in the final joining resulting in a flawless image. Many people have said that my images are so detailed and vibrant that it is like looking out of a window. This is especially true of a large format print like this that completely immerses you in the scene. Additionally, I print on a fine art metallic paper which greatly enhances the look, giving the piece a shimmer that greatly enhances the colors and depth.
