In our very public world, it's hard to escape the perception we are being judged on our every move and decisions we make that may be outside of normality. Tom’s photography meets this perception head on. Tom is a photographer from South London with a desire to make people feel positive, through photography, in ways they may not have previously thought was possible. Focusing on anonymity to restrict the judgement on who or what you see, Tom wants to take you on a journey from body to the unknown. Without knowing who the individual is, the hope is to leave the viewer to interpret the image in their own way. As an artist, Tom uses complex lighting techniques, mixed media and editing tools to portray the human form in ways that invites you to ask questions and leaves the answers to your imagination.
