She is trying to encourage people to increase their self-esteem, and she is speaking from profound personal experiences, as she in her teenage years suffered tragic consequences from a serious car accident, where she not only had to fight for her life but as she says ‘I had my beauty stolen and since I have had to fight for both beauty and self-esteem’. Her early works show the process of her extreme struggle to get her self back together again.
