About The Artwork
This image was created in 2019 in Japan in a field of kokia plant. The bushes turn brilliant red in autumn and are a spectacular sight. I have always been fascinated by the connection between dream world and reality, and, believe that observing how children perceive the world can help bridge the two paradigms together. Although diving deep into the unknown can be frightening, it also fills a young heart with excitement. Whether one chooses to follow that excitement or stay in the safe sphere is a deeply personal choice. Dreams help us take steps which we maybe wouldn't have taken in our daily lives. The print on offer here is a sizeable 1800mm W x 900mm H and it will be produced only once (limited edition of 1), but there might be another limited edition of smaller prints available in the future. Please note that it will be produced once the order has been placed, so it will take up to 14 days to ship it.
