ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Someone who lived in the Mansion House and belonged to the Oneida Community wore these distinctive eyeglasses. They were left in the bedroom of a stirpicult, a person chosen by John Humphrey Noyes to participate in his system of eugenics, the breeding of humans to achieve desired perfections within the species. His experiment lasted ten years, from 1869-1879.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery Time:

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

With the exception of two years in Arizona, I have lived in NY state. My serious work in photography started after a trip to Orkney, Scotland, where I was hampered by a broken lens and a serious lack of expertise. While on a ferry during gale-force winds, I tried in vain to photograph the walls of water coming at us. When I returned home I began taking lessons in photography. Initially I worked on specific projects, such as dreams. Recently I have done street photography when visiting cities including Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London. My cameras include a Mintolta X700, a Holga, and the D200 Nikon. Currently my work is carried by Trevillion.
