Carlos is a visual artist and nomadic photographer who lives and works in a motorhome, in slow but continuous movement. His practice is based on extensive experience in commissioned portraiture and professional photography. His personal work, on the other hand, makes the present moment a drift towards the real and the subjective, the incomprehensible and the poetic, that which is difficult to understand. This personal imagery is a direct reflection of Carlos' transit and life experience in search of new questions. His practice focuses on questioning the visible, the ideal and the predictable but also on making visible a critical dimension in the relationship between man, time and globalised consumption.
