Flotsam #1 - Swimming Goggles Photograph - Limited Edition of 1

#Fine art print on archival paper, printed by the artist. The photographs in this project are part of my photographic journal that I have started in 2010 and keep updating until these days. The objects in this series are collection of garbage and leftovers that I was gathering while strolling in a different parts of my country. Further they were brought to my studio. In studio, I isolate the gain, flatten it on a plane background and create the same lab conditions for every object. It is very important to me to capture each object in the most aesthetic and realistic way. Every item in the series had a specific function and role, was used and sometimes changed it’s original shape. In my photographs I am trying to aggrandize them and to bring back their importantance to them.
