ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Having lived in New England for the better part of 50 years, I have completely given up any hope of a Winter with no snow. Actually I love the snow as it cleans the grey landscape into essential shapes and lines in a very minimal way but also keeping intact a sense of place and the environmental conditions of which this photograph perfectly captures. For both a modern and contemporary interior, this image will always produce a sense of beauty and stillness of a perfect view into one of most unique seasons of the year.
