GIRL WITH ORANGES IN THE RIVER, is part of a series of original photographs with black and white 400 Iso film, with the theme BODY Way. 2002, the year I took the original photos for this essay, were based on texts that told stories and myths of bucolic life mainly in small towns, I believe all over the world, they must have similarities. The river in our image is shallow with clear water and a rocky bottom. On summer days it's good to lie down on the riverbed to cool off, oranges and citrus fruits, ideal for our history. Photos in black and white 400 iso negatives, photographed with a Hasselblad camera, naturally it has the grain of the film, it is very sharp in these images, scanned directly from the negative. The digitalized and manipulated negative with layers of colors with a transparent, playful effect, with the apparent sensuality of the black and white image with contrast of natural light. Photographed on the Manpituba river, which rises in Cima da Serra, in southern Brazil. River, usually low with stones and clear water, a playful and very beautiful place. This original allows you to make large format fine art prints.
