Glamour - Limited Edition of 10 Photograph

I was visiting Havana in 2015. I took this photo through the window of a bus. It was raining hard and both my bus and the red car were moving, hence the blurriness. I was fascinated by the many vintage cars in the streets. This one was particularly gorgeous, the tone of red just perfect and its shapes so round and beautiful. Glamorous came to mind. I also enjoyed the green colored stone of the arc building behind the car. The building and the wall in front look to me like the strip of old fashioned, non-digital photo negative, the transparent plastic film. This image is one of my very favorite photos together with 'A Splash of Havana', taken only seconds before since it evokes an era long gone, a glamorous life style, the dream of travels and the mysteries of Cuba. What feelings does it provoke in you, the viewer? Dye sublimation print on aluminum brings out the colors best and mimics the metal of the car itself.
