Fine-art print on Hahnemuhle German Etching paper. This is a heavy 310gr acid-free paper with a beautiful textured surface. Printed with archival inks and signed on the back. The dimensions refer to paper size and include a small white border to aid handling and framing. The image is from my on-going 'In-Organic' series in which I'm looking at found objects and scenes which play on themes of representation and iconography. This paper airplane was on a sidewalk near a school in Zagreb. It's an object with no intrinsic value but it's somehow quite beautiful in it's simplicity. As such it follows a recurring theme in much of my photography which is the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi: an appreciation, amongst other things, of the humble object.
