Part of an ongoing series named "II". This series is about the possible duplicity within ourselves. I am inspired by states of consciousness, how they define our actions and our perception of reality. Using my body as a tool, I portrayed some of my contradictions as two, relating at different levels and circumstances. A Ceremony is made to worship the divine things, or in reverence and honor of the profane. A bath with stars, aromatic herbs and fire, cleansing and voluptuous, a ritual of atonement or indulgence. Digital capture, digitally manipulated photography, printed on Hahnemühle Baryta paper, with Epson K3 inks. Image size is 115cm x 50cm. Prints also available on 80cm x 60cm and 40cm x 30cm Hand signed and numbered on the back, delivered with certificate.
