This image is based on Crafts. Crafts are an integral part of Colombia's history, but also of its intangible heritage. The different regions have overseen creating their identity in each craft, showing their talent and ingenuity to expose the diversification that exists in every corner of Colombia. The crafts of our ancestors, beyond being decorative objects, are sacred objects with a great spiritual background, in which they capture their cosmology, their way of seeing the world, and put in them something representative, not only of their culture but of their earth, of his soul. The Colombian land offers the artisan the possibility of creating his objects with different materials. All this creativity has inspired this research and the creation of this photograph. Hello, I work as a Photographer, Director of Photography and Graphic Designer, I have exhibited works in countries like Germany, France, Italy and Poland. I have also done commissioned work for magazines such as Wired Magazine USA, Fucsia Magazine, Semana Magazine, Dinero Magazine, JetSet Magazine. I studied and worked as Artistic Director of the Santanderean photographer Ruven Afanador whom I have Illustrated and photographed. In 2009 I received the Fashion Photographer Award from INFASHION Colombia Magazine and the champagne brand VEUVE CLICQUOT France. At the same time I have made and directed images for different advertising campaigns, in 2015 I obtained The Honorable Mention, London Creative Awards, LICC. I have been an award jury in the Latin American Documentary Photography Contest "Los Trabajos y los Días 2016”.
