Adeline Spengler has developed her artistic world through her numerous trips abroad. From Burma to Mexico, California, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, she wanted to take with her the images of all these wonderful memories. Creating a poetic and dreamlike atmosphere, she also conveys the fragility and the beauty of the moment. The ephemeral aspect of things and the concept of transition fascinate this artist who loves to fluctuate between dreams and reality. The majority of her current photographic work retraces the perception of a story where the reminiscences from our childhood viewpoint resurface, another world with mysterious fragrances.
Adeline Spengler’s work has been shown at both private and public exhibitions in France and abroad, in South Korea, Russia, England and the United States. Her work has also been featured in “Blur Magazine” among other publications. Her photographs have earned numerous awards including the Monochrome Award (USA) in 2015.
