Nancy Harasz is a photographer and graphic designer. She studied at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn NY, earning a BFA in graphic design while also learning about and experimenting with photography. Nancy’s work is greatly inspired and influenced by a life-long career as a graphic designer. A large body of her photographic work focuses around the theme of Los Angeles. She considers herself a digital artist, merging photography with a graphic artistry. Nancy’s clientele includes a mixture of private collectors as well as many high-profile corporate clients around Los Angeles, such as; Loews Hotels, Marriot, University of Southern California, Bershire Hathaway, California Hospital Medical Center, Jones Lang LaSalle, Gilmore Development, 2CAL Plaza, Hilton Hotels, Morgan Stanley, The Garland Center, LendLease, Gensler, AC Martin, DSR Design and many more. Nancy’s current work on display is from her series, “Los Angeles Theaters.” Renowned gallerist G. Ray Hawkins, eloquently summed up her theater series with the following quote. “Nancy’s theaters feel as though they have been wrapped in a warm blanket — caressed and bathed in the light of the artist. Her work offers a very personal and visceral view into the soul of Los Angeles.”
