About The Artwork
Born in Florence in 1929, where he studied, lives and works. His activity as a painter began early on the occasion of his meeting with Carlo Cardazzo, a famous art dealer, which led him to organize exhibitions in the galleries of Venice and Milan. The approach to photography is due to the early 60s after seeing an exhibition at Palazzo Strozzi in Florence. From that moment he will be a painter and photographer. His artistic language is detached from any type of current and movement, preferring the most absolute freedom in thinking, designing and realizing. Photography is for him a means of social documentation. This activity earned him admission to the Found of Concerned Photographer. His pictorial and photographic works are set up both in Italy and abroad.
