View from the old Military Fortification, Fort Ballance in Miramar, Wellington Overlooking Mahanga Bay. This was a 20 minute walk / hike from my flat in Miramar. I would go there via a tiny woodland trail up over a hill that connected the neighborhoods. Not too far from famed WETA studios.
