ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Donned in a fur hat and coat with a fur blanket draped over my legs, my wolf-like dog sits proudly by my side, creating a powerful, untouchable duo. We sit atop a mountain, the backdrop showcasing mountains and a river, symbolizing that we can conquer anything together. While this is a portrait of me and my dog, it also has an element of fantasy in that I imagined that we were mystical nomads or shapeshfiters traversing the land.

She utilizes all types of media such as video, installation, and photography. Her work explores re-establishing contact with the primal, the past, and the authentic.
