Palm Reflections LA Photograph - Limited Edition of 15

Inspired by the Joshua trees in the Californian desert I embarked on a study of trees in the USA, UK, Germany and Italy for my Masters Degree resulting in an internationally published book called 'The Whisper of a Million Leaves' (Damiani Editore), conveying the tenacity of trees. The fine art photography book was launched with an exhibition in London at the Spitz Gallery in October 2006, opened by Jon Snow the environmental campaigner and newscaster for channel 4. We can learn so much from trees their strength and ability to adapt, being shaped and shaping their environment. I shoot with a medium format film camera, then create high resolution scans.
