This image from the Scissor Series uses found and borrowed objects to create a set of images that reflect upon the paralysis of the mundane, they are about the action and inaction that grips us in the modern world. They speak of an inability to carry out the tasks of the everyday, and show an object thwarted in it's desire to be useful. The removal of purpose and the creation of a new form, a new purpose, a change from dynamic to passive, or does the struggle continue, is this just a frozen moment in time? This image is 20 x 13.3 inches and printed with a white boarder, actual paper size is A2 which measures 23.4 x 16.5. Printed on Fuji Gloss photo paper your print will include a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
