ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I did this photograph in Garanhuns, Brazil, the city where I was born. Though I was impressed by the beauty of the flower, I felt that I could give a digital treatment to the to give you more goodness and delicacy. So I was experimenting with various techniques, until I reached this result, which made me very satisfied. Basically, what I did was partially keep the focus in the center of the image and radially blur everything else toward the edges. I believe that nature lovers will be in love with this art.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
