Secret Garden no 501 is available as a fine art print in limited edition of 7 plus 2 AP. It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. The artwork is printed on archival photo paper mounted on aluminum and framed floating in a black wooden frame. Nature is a sanctuary. Immersed in the natural world, we experience a pure force. It brings us in touch with something incomprehensibly larger than ourselves. We might even catch a glimpse of the essence of our existence. For me, being in nature opens me up to the mysteries of life. Wandering thought-free, I become aware of the energy in the trees, the waters, even in the rocks. An energy in myself awakens as well, and unexplored parts of myself come to light. I find an opening to a hidden world, beyond the visible. A Secret Garden.

From an early age, I've been aware that we each perceive reality in our own way. Our minds seem to shape the world around us, convincing us that our version of reality is the only one. This awareness leads me to delve into the mystery of reality. I am fascinated by scientific and philosophic ideas of consciousness, the fabric of the universe and metaphysics. But also by the stories that shape our understanding of our existence, found in fantasy, mythology and spirituality. The process of making art, reflects my spiritual path of self-discovery. I go out on a solitary journey. The wonders I observe fuel a spark and a feeling of awe. I explore the soul, both within and around me, capturing the energy that I feel. Through my artworks I aim to transfer this energy to others and provide a space to dream. My photographs introduce viewers to places that feel both strange and familiar, blurring the line between reality and fantasy.
