About The Artwork

Location: Scott Monument – Princes Street Gardens – Edinburgh – Scotland – UK Despite the few days I was in Edinburgh, I was able to tour the city quite a bit and I couldn't help but be amazed by its architecture. Huge parks, castles, medieval buildings, towers. Among all, one of the most outstanding is the monument to the writer Sir Walter Scott, an icon of Edinburgh and Scotland. Taken from two different angles, during day and night, I bring you my vision of the Scott Monument. Printed in 12 colors mineral pigment ink. Paper 100% Cotton Fine Art Matte, Matte Smooth. RAG PHOTO 310 - CANSON INFINITY. Available sizes: 29.5" x 19.7" (75cm x 50cm) 23.6" x 15.7" (60cm x 40cm) 17.7" x 11,8" (45cm x 30 cm)

Native from the Southern Buenos Aires City, my interest in diverse art interpretations rises during my childhood. My older sister was keen on painting, and that led me to visit several art museums since my teen years. I grew up in a humble neighborhood, near the largest river in town (Rio de la Plata), and used to spend my summer vacations in the Argentinean Patagonia. This awakened my love for nature. As part of my education in the technical, scientific, and medical fields is extensive, I gained experience in technical drawings, including perspectives and physics. My very first camera was a simple Polaroid, and I managed to catch different memories and landscapes, always with a self-taught spirit. Life and career drove me apart from shooting time. My marriage and couple’s travel brought me back to my very first passion. Settling in Brazil since 2015, I decided to deepen my skills in the Photography area and obtained my first official certification. My background, being an immigrant, and traveling abroad inspires me, and contributes to generating a unique visualization for perfect scenarios, from natural landscape to urban settings.
