Silver hair, ragged shirt and baggy pants - Limited Edition 1 of 4 Photograph

'Silver hair, ragged shirt and baggy pants' is a photo in the series 'Secret places' in the gallery Enchanted forests. I made this photo in a small forest close to where I lived in the city of Nijmegen, The Netherlands. The title of the photo is a line from the song Mr.Bojangles (I prefer the version by Bob Dylan :). When I saw the brush strokes of light, the first lines of this song came into my mind: I knew a man Bojangles and he'd dance for you in worn out shoes Silver hair, ragged shirt and baggy pants, that old soft shoe He'd jump so high, he'd jump so high, will he likely touch down ? Mr. Bojangles, Mr. Bojangles, dance. ... Most of my abstract landscapes I make in northwest Denmark, a landscape I have fallen in love with years ago, with beautiful light and ever-changing colors. But of course there are much more of these enchanting places in the world. This photo was made near where I lived in the Netherlands, in a small but very scenic nature reserve, on a beautiful autumn evening just before sunset. Delivery: All prints are protected by plastic and/or tissue paper, rolled on a PVC tube and placed into a solid cardboard tube, which is inside a solid cardboard box.
