Paul was Director of Photography,Cinematographer and Producer on Werner Herzog's multi award winning film Lessons of Darkness. Paul has won over 17 international awards for his documentaries and cinematography. He was filming at the base of the Twin Towers on 9/11 with the Deputy Fire Commissioner of the FDNY when the towers collapsed knocking him unconscious - his footage of the collapse has become legendary.
