About The Artwork
Fine Art black and white Photography Series explores the relationship between sculpture and abstract photography. This is a series of six photographs, a dialogue between the body and the surrounding space and belongs to my ongoing research art project called 'The Lonely Body' shot in different cities. This series, in particular, plays with the idea of showing only the lower side of the body, restless legs moving from one side to another in search of a quiet moment, inside and outside. Eventually, this moment of peace comes in every shot and at the same time is never found This shot was made in Lisbon in 2022 and it is printed on high-quality fine art paper. Please do know that the grainy and soft focus quality is part of the aesthetic, limited edition series of 100.
